Guai in vista per il produttore americano keyb

Ho letto ieri un post super - cazziatona di Elvio nei confronti della DMI che a quanto pare in America sta producendo organi usando componenti non certificati con un controllo qualità sul prodotto finito inesistente... morale gli organi prodotti hanno dei difetti a quanto pare... Americà... nun se fa così! Poi ci si lamenta del made in China della Behringer...

[c]DMI (Davis&Muller Instruments) is not fulfilling the terms of the agreements with KeyB Organ company regarding the production of KeyB products in the US and so I’d like to warn potential customers that DMI is producing KeyB instruments using non-original and non-certified components in his Missouri factory, without authorization and quality control by KeyB Organ Company.

In these months I received mails and videos from US customers who bought KeyB products assembled by DMI having problems and noticing failures resulting from bad production line work and non-existing quality control. These customers can’t contact DMI and get answers regarding these issues.

All this created a bad image damage to KeyB Organ and myself, since customers think I am working in DMI’s factory and being in charge of production line. The last time I have been in the US was at the NAMM Show 2013 and since then I never had the chance to supervise the production that should have never started without me.For all these reasons I am working on a legal action against DMI.

I cannot provide any assistance and upgrades to customers who bought (or will buy) DMI products .

Azzz! Bruttissima "fazenda", ha fatto benissimo Elvio Previati a reagire immediatamente, per tutelare il marchio ed anche i clienti, inclusi quelli di fatto truffati da DMI e che a loro volta potranno rivalersi legalmente (in USA la tutela del consumatore é una cosa seria...)

Cina o America (o UK o Italia o Germania o Svezia o Giappone....) la qualitá la fanno i materiali, il rispetto delle specifiche ed il controllo del processo produttivo, cosa che in questo caso evidentemente DMI non sembra aver mostrato di voler o saper fare...peggio per loro.

E comunque... W il Made in Italy, ovviamente quando é fatto bene come lo sappiamo fare, se vogliamo, vedi appunto KeyB ad esempio.

Attenzione che negli USA non è come da noi. Non si scherza e sono "augelli senza zucchero" a venir meno agli impegni con la clientela.
Bene fa Previati a salvaguardarsi.

Mi spiace per Elvio, spero che possa tornare tutto a posto.
Non ci avrà investito pochi soldi, in questa impresa americana, e vedersi tagliare le gambe da dei pressapochisti ti fa infuriare!!!
