[c]No one on Sonik is going to know anything about an unreleased product that we're still working on - you're stuck dealing with us Kurzweil guys.
No one got back to you (did you email one of us?) probably because the SP's sound set had not been specced at the time you asked.
The sound set is still not finalized, but we have a pretty good idea of what's going to be in there.
Yes it can be split/layered into 4 zones.
I'm 99% sure that it will have the upright with the ride cymbal layer to which you refer - it's a staple in most of our products.
The SP's 128 programs are identical to their PC3 counterparts, including effects chains. (With 5 adjustable parameters, no menu editing)
The SP will have its own set of setups (due to the 4 zone limit), but we'll be sure to cover all the bases for working players.
For someone who had asked - yes there will be a CP80 program (Gabriel's Melt, I think), along with a few classic rhodes and wurlies, at least one FM rhodes (using real FM - from the LE's sound set, will be added to the PC3 soon), several pianos (Standard, Studio, Horowitz, Piano+Strings, SMiLE tack piano), a few KB3 organs, voices, pads, leads, basses, drums, vibes and many other goodies.
I'll post here when I have the final set. [/c]
Insomma sta SP76II mi attira sempre di più cavolo!!!
